What’s the best Knife Mod?

I guess the best mod for knives would be GTFO 2.0 but then again I’m not sure since I don’t have the blueprints from The Following. Which one would you use? Thanks!

The Bolter Poison Mod – though it’s an orange or legendary mod – gives less damage to a weapon compared to other purple mods (e.g. Fire Launcher on Baseball Bats). I‘ve read that the toxic effect that comes with the Bolter Poison Mod is good for PVP but I don’t know if that’s true.

Okay, I can give an answer to myself now. I have collected all weapon mod blueprints from The Following and GTFO 2.0 is indeed the best modification for knives – at least when it comes to max damage. There are some other weapon mods with different effects that add the same amount of damage as GTFO 2.0 (which adds Medium Impact and Small Burning).

Those are the following:

Bad Plug – adds Medium Electricity + Small Impact
Filthy Blade – adds Medium Bleeding + Small Toxic
Puke’N’Nuke – adds Medium Toxic + Small Burning
