Mouse buttons issue

Has anyone had the MMB and side buttons not being responsive in the game? I can't seem to throw any weapon, had reconfigure the action to a keyboard key. Also the 3 and 4 buttons (side ones) are unresponsive too, scrolling the middle wheel too.
The mouse works properly on any other game, browsing windows folders, whatever else. Some users reported the MMB not working before but it looks like the issue was never addressed. I can't send the DirectX Diagnostic file at the moment so I can't send a ticket. Sometimes posting on the discussion helps so here I am.

I have this issue under GNU/Linux too. It's odd because it works okay initially, and stops after the first time those buttons are pressed (after setting the key binding). On my Logitech G502, mapping "B4 on Mouse" and "B5 on Mouse" seem to have this problem. I can go back in and rebind the mouse button (to kick in my case), and then I can kick one more time before it stops working again. Quite frustrating.

I did fix the issue by relaunching the game a few times.

Thanks for your suggestion. I've seen this issue across a few launches already, and the buttons work fine in Firefox without any hacks, so I've given up for now and remapped kick to Alt and grapple to G.

I've had that problem with my wireless mouse. Then I tried my old, wired mouse. All of a sudden the MMB wasn't an issue any more! :)

I also have mouse wheel issues. Bog standard wired mouse; wheel works right now on this page but doesn't register in game.

The same problem, mouse wheel is completely not responsible only in the game, even wired. Moreover, it had worked fine until this day Oo.
