How do i get the Free DLC's in Germany?

I already tried it with VPN and SteamDB but both didnt work. Is there any other way? Could someone gift me those if possible?

I would but there is no button just a button to launch the game. So like Mihaitza2006k said the only way to get it is by gift only and you can't gift free dlc's only paid ones.

It´s ridiculous that the games is forbidden in germany. I am 50 years and not 17, but i cant play the game in germany. :(

I remember when the Left4Dead crossover event was on, someone posted a link to the pack in a thread which started the game with the pack included. So I think all we can do is hope for that.

do you still have this link? i dont have any of those new free dlc's, only all the dlc's from 2016

ok i found a solution i didn't expect to work. i don't know if you still need it but maybe someone who finds this thread will.

basically have steam running in the background open the dlc site in your browser with vpn (but not logged in) and press install. then a window should pop up asking if steam is already installed if u klick yes it should add the dlc. i hope my explanation is understandable ^^

Wrong. Advertisement is not allowed and game can only be sold to people over 18. "Indiziert" is not the same as "Beschlagnahmt", only the later is not allowed to be sold. That's why you had 18+ rooms in video rental stores or could buy those games "behind the counter" in any Mediamarkt in the past. (They stopped after politicians blamed the mass shooting in Winenden et al on video games...)

That being said as Steam has never implemented a age verification in line with German law, they are actually not allowed. But that is a decision of Valve.

Germany has never suggested a realistic, consumer friendly system for that, so that's actually a decision of Germany. I doubt everyone would like to have their ID card at Valve's xD
