Don't bother getting it bh, it's not entirely worth it really. I have it and it's not that much useful compare to some other rifles.

Sorry again. It has been a while and I don't remember what the requirements were.

Alternatively, you could temporarily install a mod that I made that adds all weapons and/or blueprint to shops and/or quartermasters so you can buy/take just the weapon and/or blueprint for it.

Another one I made will auto-learn all blueprints in the game upon loading your save game if you want to go that route. You can also choose to only select certain categories of blueprints to get auto-learned if you don't want all categories to get auto-learned.

i do think i saw your mod yeah, just a question tho, if im not mistaken, didnt you say that if the weapon is from a dlc the blueprint wont work? or is the harran rifle a docket blueprint??

You're right that it still requires activation via claiming from Gemly. If you were to get the blueprint/weapon via those mods then the weapon would not be able to be equipped without the Gemly free item 'DLC' being active on your game.

I was thinking that it was included with the other Gemly items that Techland had made available for all back in October of 2019 in the 1.20.0 game update. I just looked and was mistaken on that as they only made the Rusty Spine and Candy Cutter Gemly exclusive weapons available for all, not the HMR or other Gemly exclusives.

I apologize for incorrectly noting that as an option for you. Those could be used to acquire the blueprint and weapon, but they would be worthless as the weapon could not be equipped.

I don't know why Gemly's site is still in "scheduled maintenance" even now as maintenance on a site is normally minutes to maybe a few hours. It is now the next day and it may even have been in maintenance for several days or weeks now. I have no idea unfortunately.

If Gemly doesn't come back up for a long time for you to get the official Harran Military Rifle, my CLM Weapon Pack mod might be a good temporary stand-in for you as, among the many other weapons and weapon attribute customization options and items that it offers, it also includes a rifle which uses the skin of the Harran Military Rifle (Weapon #105 "HMR X-Pyre").

That is one option anyway to at least be able to use a rifle with that appearance in the meantime. Hopefully Gemly gets their site sorted out so you can claim the officially-configured weapon through them.

I'm sorry I gave incorrect information initially due to my being mistaken on what Gemly exclusives they had released from being exclusives. I hope their site returns quickly for you to make use of it and that my mod might be of interest in the meantime.

Wow. That's horrible. Since there has no longer been a way to claim any of these other free Gemly items, I don't understand why Techland didn't include all of the Gemly items back in October when they expanded two of the Gemly weapons to be available for all players and instead chose to only expand those two.
