The previous method no longer works either... All this after I bought the following. Deactivating the DLC does nothing either.
Also i don't know if you ever tried this, but on your library, right click on the game and press properties and then go on local files and press verify integrity of games files and let it run, it might fix your issue.
This is a shame, I put 30ish hours into it when I had a much weaker PC and now it's significantly better I can't run it.
