CO-OP Problems
Does anyone else have Co-Op problems since the update? Whenever I join a game, it tells me that I am playing alone and returns to the main menu

Closed ports will completely stop all connectivity in its tracks, so you wanna make sure those are open.

How many times did you try? There've been a couple times for me where I join and apparently the guy didn't realize his game was on public, so he just kicks me or leaves the session, resulting in a "you are playing alone" message.

Like 5 times, we were both on firends only and tried to join each other after it didnt work for the first time

Mine says moderate and works, so that's a little troubling. But I would definitely do the port forwarding and try again. I would also go to Dying Light's .exe and set it to run as administrator, just in case. Never hurts to try that. Otherwise Google like hell.

hello I have the same problem when I bought the game I could still play co-op but not anymore and I bought it 3 days ago someone can help me and it is on the ps4

my game keeps getting disconnected when i join a game. after 2 minutes i get an alert that all players have left the session and you are playing alone. it happens every time when i join a game. how to sort this out ?

I have the same issue. 2 minutes in and it disconnects. I contacted their support but haven't gotten any fix yet. They have been quick to respond though.

UPDATE: I was running discord and playing with my partner in the same house who was also on discord. Turning that off fixed the disconnecting. Maybe it has to do with both the game and discord having voice chat or something else that conflicts
