Cloak Potion

Guys hello. I have just realized that i dont have cloak potion. I finished all quests about dahlia but still nothing. Also i returned to dahlia but nothing happened. Can anybody add to give cloak potion. Also We can play prison quest together . Which i still did not start it . Thanks.

if you did the dahlia quests then you should have picked up blueprints. look through the crafting menu and see what you need to make cloak potion

I guess before i finish the quest i finished game itself. Than i delete the game. App. 2 years later i reinstall game and i see that i have no cloak potion. But if you have 2 or more and give it to me i can duplicate them . Thanks in advance.
