Bought a bow, didn't receive arrow blueprint.
Just hit lvl 9 with a new character, bought a bow from the shop in the tower but I didn't get the arrow blueprint. Switched over to an older character, it has it.(bought his at a random trader, does it make a difference?)

Restarted game, still no BP.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

EDIT: After a day had passed (In real life not the game) I've come back and now merchants have the arrow blueprint for (discounted) 1600.

I'm not sure why, this is the first time I've ever had to buy the bp for them.

My Quartermaster, does give arrows. Have you checked there ?. Your level might be to low to have that yet.

He want the blue print for normal arrow.

'Normal/Default' arrows are available for sale from traders, they are not offering the blueprint.

The issue is, when you buy the 'basic' bow you are suppose to receive the blueprint for normal arrows along with it (unless this changed in the last few days).

As stated on the wiki: "The default arrow blueprints come with the Bow".
