Not receiving Dockets, or the Leaping Tiger Dao

I just signed up to the docket website,
and put in the 4 active docket codes.
Last Hope, 1 normal docket, 2 gold dockets.

I went to Spike in Old Town and he has no Dockets for me.
I also checked my stash for the Leaping Tiger Dao,
but it's still not there.

EDIT - I got the things,
I force-quit the game and restarted it over and over again,
till the message popped up saying I had dockets waiting for me.
Sadly non of the items really where worth the hassle.
Last Hope has better stats then my Golden Katana,
but it's very short.

Dockets you can get from any quartermaster. But did you link your docket account to your steam account ?.

Still haven't received the items yet.

If only the game had an in-game "Connect to the internet" option.
Then I can just click it to connect to the internet,
instead of having to rely on the game's auto-connection,
which for people with bad internet (like me) likes to not work.

Also,
the docket web-sight is broken?
I only get,
"504 Gateway Time-out"
when I go to it.

Yes, and the game is downloaded.

The 504 happens when you don't get a timely response from a server. Have you checked the docket site again.To see if that still happens ?. And did you add it to you safe web site list. Are you having a problem with other sites ?. Have you made any security changes ?.

The leaping Tiger Dao. I believe drops to you back pack. Not your stash. Try emptying a slot in your back pack.

Still haven't gotten the dockets or Dao.

This problem could be fixed easily if the game had an,
"connect to the internet" option in-game.

Pretty sure the reason I haven't got the items yet is do to my bad internet.

The game auto-connects to the internet on startup.
With my bad connection it's probably just failing without notification.

I guess I could just brute force it,
keep force quitting the game when it doesn't connect,
and restarting the game till it does.
That seems tedious though.

EDIT - Yep,
quitting the gave and restarting it,
till it successfully connected did the trick.
