Explosive - electric arrows

How do i get the arrows with the explosive and electric power?

You can buy some at the shops or get a blueprint from bozak horde or ranger dlc and craft them.

There is multiple ways. Base game, DLC and another DLC.

Base game - occasionally vendors will sell either of Explosive, Incendiary or Electric arrows, each stack having 15x, you can sleep and check vendor again.

DLC - Bozak Horde DLC, this DLC is included in Enhanced Edition and season pass. Explosive arrows blueprint, finish all Bozak Horde trials in under 31 minutes, less if it's Co-op. Electric, enter Bozak Horde and kill 10 virals with bow, this requires having all Bozak Horde trials finished once so you access bow next time you enter Bozak's stadium.

DLC - Harran Ranger DLC, this DLC is not included in either Enhanced Edition or season pass and it is bought separately alike how Volatile Hunter, Gun Psycho, White Death and Vintage Gunslinger works. Purchasing Harran Ranger DLC will give instant access to Ranger bow blueprint as well as Explosive, Incendiary and Electric blueprints, no special tasks necessary except simply purchasing it.

If you have Bozak Horde DLC you don't really need Harran Ranger DLC. You'll naturally finish Bozak Horde eventually and get all of its rewards. Bozak Horde and Harran Ranger DLCs have their own separate bows, these two bows along with regular bow that becomes purchasable at Survivor skill-tree rank 9 from vendors, are only 3 available bows in Dying Light.

The regular bow being worst among 3 bows in Dying Light. While Ranger and Bozak are far better in terms of damage and longer arrow reach, compared to regular bow. The only statistic difference between these two is that Ranger bow has slightly more damage than Bozak bow but unnoticeable.
