I have one question about this trophy - can I get it, by completing quarantine zones, like Stuffed Turtle, or I have to complete normal quests?

5x Stuffed Turtle, 10 minutes tops. Still haven't found any takers though :(

For what it's worth, I wound up getting this by just joining up with random groups of 3 and asking them if they want to run the Stuffed Turtle 5 times. Usually people will be happy to do it for an achievement that takes 10 minutes tops, and it's easier than organizing on Steam like this.
