Does this have any base building included? Or just running and gunning?

No base building, unfortunately.

But awesome visuals as well as combat, smooth parkour and gameplay, great feeling of progression. Start weak, slowly become faster and stronger, a lot of exploring and collecting / crafting of weapons. See my artwork / screenshot or review.
