I understand you, I had hell time when I tried it first times, it's supposed to be difficult to finish and get it right in first few tries consistently, you just need to know shortest routes and where to go. Reading this sucks but it's truth, it's all about practice and patience, eventually if you keep on trying you'll get it right, and then you'll pretty much get it every single try.

I can help you if you want, again, up to you.

The key is to divide the run into sections, and then try and save seconds wherever you can within each section. (I know.. it sounds easy..) If you are trying this on Normal difficulty you know you can't use the grappling hook or any potions. (If you're on Nightmare, even though it says you can't, you can actually use a Speed Booster).

However, you can use the Pyza suit to glide over gaps in the run, which is shown in a lot of videos. I found it useful in two spots. The first time to cover the gap in the structures in front of the train warehouse, (with the Toad), which you see in a lot of folks' videos. The second time is when you're coming down from the first apartment building and you land on the bus, you can run off the bus to the left, onto a car, and then onto the gas station roof, from which you can glide onto the next store roof with the waypoint. This is shown in a few videos.

The last apartment building is a tough climb. Videos showing folks tic tac climbing the building are common, but I still can't get the hang of it. Instead, many players climb this building by climbing the balconies. You can actually climb the front of the balconies, as shown in this video, or you can climb the sides of the balconies where the two steel railings are. The trick is to climb up to the top railing, but don't pull yourself into a standing position. Instead, climb up to the top railing, and jump up to the next balcony. This technique is shown in this video, and in this one.

Finally, in terms of the the last tower, it is possible to climb it normally. However, if you're trying to save seconds the best two shortcuts for the climb, are recorded in this video. This video also demonstrates using the Pyza suit in both locations I mentioned.

The key is to practice the difficult sections of the run, like the last apartment building and the last tower climb, alone, until they're automatic for you. Then do the entire run.

Good Luck..

P.S. As a last resort, you can try switching to Nightmare difficulty and using Speed Boosters. Then you can try doing it again, with the Kuai dagger, to do it without using boosters.

The best method of restarting would be tracking Stuffed Turtle quarantine zone and reloading save, immediately spawns you at starting point tower.

Also about Pyza Suit, you don't actually need it.

You can end up with over 20 seconds spare without actually using Pyza Suit. Do this instead,

Wow. Thank you for that video Blademaster! I finally got my first Kuai, but it took me real world days, since I'm not very good: Slow reflexes, over-steering, poor focus, bad memory. Studying your video really helped. Key points:

1) Pyza suit over the Toad was much more elegant than my ramming technique.
2) Stay on pipe, unless your me, then: roll with it on ground level.
3) Decrease time on small rocky steps by playing hopsoctch.
4) Landing on buses like a cat, not like a squased non-flying pig.
5) Use railing to get on roof after second bus.
6) Your use of Tick Tack took some getting used to, I kept over-steering and missing the jump.

7) Crux: I finally emulated your apartment building somewhat: Climb until animation is raising over the top metal bar, back slightly while raising camera 45 degrees, jump, climb... wash, rinse, repeat. The trick was to be proactive and drive ahead, not reactive and waiting for the camera to line up fully or for Crane to finish animations... this saved tons of time.

8) Tower: I loved the way you climb minimal distance, while simutaneously aligning camera for long high jumps, which saves alot of time.

?) Oops, I'm still not as good though. I was using speed potions to make up for mistakes, but I got done with 8 seconds to spare, finally.

I wish you had a Steam guide for this, to explain details that may not be apparent in video, rather than just the vid on youtube.
