I just send a gift to my brother with a same region store account, but when my brother try to accept my gift he saw the gift name was "Dying light enhanced edition RU+CIS".

I wonder is the game always Playable even my brother had to move to another Country that out of Restricted Countries?

Well I'll decide to Refund if this game have a restricted Countries to play it

Yes , usually the russian versions are region locked

Well vpn's will always work , also i dont really know know how it would work after disabling the vpn after redeeming the code

I dont actually know how it would work but usually buying games that are region locked for you is not that safe.
