Does Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition for PS4 come with all the DLC?

I just recently went and picked the game up and I have heard from both sides saying that all the content ever released is on the disk and many others saying there are some DLC not on the disk.

If so what isn't in "Enhanced Edition" so I can go and get them because this game fun.

The enhanced edition comes with the Season Pass (all dlc) as well as The Following (an "expansion?"). If anything is missing then it may or may not be something related to that of a pre-order bonus, but that's it.
