anti-gadoid gun

i have just completed a side quest and i got this gun but i am not sure why is that helpful(if it is helpful at all)so could you please tell me if you can do anything with it?thank you

Works at night. Attracts zombies to you. Like volatiles, virals, night runners etc. Doesn't need any ammunition. Just fire a couple of times and zombies will come to you, eventually starting a night pursuit. Good for farming agility exp. I used it a lot.

It can work under daylight too. I'm not so sure about "working only at night" thing. But I used it at nights.

afaik it uses normal pistol ammo and if you wanted to attract zombies you could just use a normal gun
Unless we get gadoids in a content drop its gonna be useless forever

I think if you get the Following there is a quest to find strange rocks and fill in a puzzle with them. If you do you can hunt down a crashed space ship and get a blue print to make a gun that shoots some kind of missles. You need this gun to build the missle gun so do not sell it.

Yeah, it's useful in The Following, you can just put it in storage and keep it there until you need it.

This thing has unlimited ammo. Even if it shows 0 ammo, you can fire. With guns you need to BURN AMMO. And eventually BURN MONEY TO BUY AMMO. Or simply BURN TIME TO SALVAGE AMMO. But with this thing you can summon zombies for FREE.

You can get the explosive version of it too. Name is too long but it gives zombies jetpacks
