Is there an-ingame collectibles tracker?

As above, is there some kind of riddler-map in-game for the 67 collectibles? Or do I stick to gamepressure?

Also to get 100 completion I need to do all 15 main-quests, 52 side-quests, 8 quarantine-zones and the collectibles. Is it true that blueprints, statues, flags, and challenges don't count?

Yes, open your inventory and press F, that should be it by default. You can see which notes / journals and voices you have there.

However there's no such thing in game that shows where exactly are the collectibles, you'll need to use guides for this.

As of the completion, the blueprints, statues and flags do not count. The main and side quests do, also challenges do count, such as poster challenges, psycho, delivery and etc. Whether parkour fever challenges count or not is not confirmed, however you'll do this for achievements anyway.
