How to restart game after Following?

Hi, i have issue for which i cant find solution. Recently i finished Following DLC for a first time (yea, didnt play this game for a while) and now i would like play main game from beginning with my current skills on harder difficulty. How do i do that? How can i restart it and keep my skills? I did restart once on Normal again before, but now i cant see even that possibility. I can set up new game (totally) or current save only give me options on advance "Play (normal)", "Return to main campaign" (that one is to last campaign quest) or "Delete save" - nothing else. Thanks for advice :)

First, make sure you are not tracking Bozak Horde, Prison Heist or any DLC based quarantine zone, otherwise restart, NG+ and difficulty options won't show up in Advanced settings.

After making sure you are not tracking either of these above as quest, go to Advanced settings and use the Restart From Quest option, you may return to Advanced settings and select your desired difficulty.

Restarting will not affect your characters, this means that you'll keep your inventory, storage, skill-trees and collectibles.

Its all good now. You know i figured that one out, that it may be that problem. But i had completed all quests and only this DLC repeatables remained and i couldnt set anything but those for tracking (and you have to track something all the time, it click there automatic). And i read somwhere i shouldnt have active boutny either. But now. because i was desperate, i tried and accepted runner bounty and i works just like before :) New game plus, choose difficulty and lets roll :) But thanks for your answer.
