Agility Training: Interrupt Sliding in Pipes (Plus: Night Glitch, & Tarkan)
.
.
Abridged Version: Fastest way to Level Agility in less than 1.5 hours (105 seconds per 5,000 Agility XP):

Unlock the "Slide" skill at level 3. Then, unlock "Leg Breaker" at level 6 for bonus XP per slide.

Farm Agility XP at night for bonus points, while on Normal mode for unlimited Stamina. Double rewards are gained at night. If nights are not unlocked yet, glitch by joining and dropping from a night game (use The Following if solo), or play co-op on someone's night game.

Go to a sewer pipe. My favorite is in NW section of Slums, under the far NW safe zone.

Hold the "Shift" key, or place a weight on secondary keyboard, even if set to "Toggle" in settings.

At high speed, toggle between the "W" and "C" keys.

Crane should barely move; meanwhile, multiple "+40" Agility notifications should be visible simultaneously. Starting at level 6, unlocking Leg Breaker should award "+60" (tested with a level 18 character). Leg Breaker has a non-disclosed +10 day, +20 night bonus to slide gains.

Results: If done correctly, expect Crane to max out Agility in less than 1.5 real-time hours.

The unabridged version might be worthwhile in Guides section, after some feedback, so comments are welcome. Proofreading is hopefully complete.

Agility Training: Interrupt Sliding in Pipes
(Plus: Night Glitch, & Tarkan)
.
.
Fastest Way to Level Agility - Interrupt Sliding in Sewer Pipes:

Estimate: Less than 1.5 Hours to Max Agility.

Originally, I thought +40 gains from levels 3-20 should require 1 minute and 45 seconds for every 5,000 block of Agility XP. However, unlocking Leg Breaker at level 6 should accelerate XP gains. There is a non-disclosed bonus of +10 day, +20 night, per slide.

If not using Leg Breaker:
259,800 Total Agility XP
51.96 of XP blocks (5,000 XP in each)
90 minutes, or 1.5 hours for 52 blocks.

See below for an Agility Progression Table.

Process - Interrupt Sliding in Pipes
(Optional Perma-Night Glitch & Tarkan's Weapon):

Night Glitch & Tarkan's:

Finish "First Assignment: Sleep through the night" to unlock The Following and co-op. This is the bare minimum checkpoint. However, as stated below, it is better to proceed and find a checkpoint which is outside of a safe zone.

In order to glitch into permanent nights (main campaign), this must be done prior to the climax of "Airdrop", since time is essentially frozen at various hours until then.

It is best that the game's checkpoint loads outside of a safe zone. Example: A useful re-load checkpoint is on the roof of a building, SW of The Tower, after contacting GRE (near start of "Airdrop" quest).

Quit to Main Menu, then launch The Following and progress the main quest line. Alternate Night Glitch: If this is too challenging, enter someone's game instead, then quit during night time and return to solo campaign.

In The Following, begin mission at the pumping station to unlock day/night cycle. This will be during "Gaining Credence: Speak to the bandit leader" (while clearing enemies from the exterior compound). Tarkan is the bandit leader. A save checkpoint will be at the top of ladder, after entering compound, and before speaking with Tarkan.

Tarkan's Weapon: Farm multiple copies of Tarkan's Weapon via Quit/Load cycling. For more details regarding this potentially devestating early game weapon, see the Tips section below. For enticement purposes, imagine early game with ~1478 damage, tier 2 fire and shock, 3 repairs, only needing one weapon mod, and can be farmed perpetually. It makes a Korek look pointless.

Progress game to have an active bed; this will be after the subsequent step, "Gaining Credence: Speak with Jasir". Once a bed is available, sleep into a night period, then Quit/Load into the Main Campaign.

Note that if done correctly, it will be illegally night with volatiles in main game.

Start Farming Agility XP:

Go to a sewer pipe. My favorite is in NW section of Slums, under the far NW safe zone.

Hold the "Shift" key, or place a weight on secondary keyboard, even if set to "Toggle" in settings.

At high speed, toggle between the "W" and "C" keys.

Crane should barely move; meanwhile, multiple "+40" Agility notifications should be visible simultaneously. Starting at level 6, unlocking Leg Breaker should award "+60" (tested with a level 18 character). There is a non-disclosed bonus of +10 day, +20 night, per slide with Leg Breaker.

Agility Training - Multiple Methods Compared:

Gltiched game prior to completing the mission called "Airdrop", so nights were perpetual (for double Agility XP). Afterwards, I attempted the following methods:

Interrupt Sliding in sewer pipes with one or two keyboards and a mouse, proved the fastest, after timing results. The weighted "Shift" key helps vs. carpal tunnel syndrome.

Zip lines at top of Infamy Bridge, as per YouTube, but it is slow.

Sliding in sewer pipes, but it is about the same speed as bridge, especially if using a controller.

Parkour moves around town, even chaining skills, is inconsistent at best. The risk of stepping on a location that disables perma-night is also a problem; if it happens, XP gains are cut by half.

The large XP gains from challenges, took longer than just interrupt sliding... especially if failing the time limit, and/or getting bothered by virals and volatiles. This method also risks deactivating the perma-night glitch. As an example: Day will reset after a short distance during the challenge called "First Assignment" (52m SW of The Tower).

After contacting GRE, but before trapping two cars for Spike, there is a nice farming checkpoint. Quit/Load cycling will provide free firecrackers for each reload (progress dialogue near cars). Additionally, Agility and Power levels can be farmed at the nearby shock puddle. This works best on Nightmare for faster enemies (less delay in kills). After progressing "First Assignment" too far, the enemy spawn volume is not as high and eventually gets ruined. This method is the most fun, and it is rather efficient during double XP weeks. Alternating with another location, like oil slicks on Infamy Bridge, will allow re-spawns to activate, while providing variety. It is possible to use the Night Glitch after "First Assignment: Sleep through the night", but then it is too late for firecrackers, so only good for Power and Agility; note that virals and volatiles won't cooperate with the shock trap very well though, and only volatiles will re-spawn at the bridge during glitched nights.

Warnings:

Glitched perma-nights can be deactivated by mistake. The most common issues:

Visiting a safe zone, even if respawning after death.

Stepping on various locations, which trigger daylight (learn where and avoid them).

Some sewer pipes are broken, full of clutter, and or shorter, which makes the task harder.

If attempting not to level up Survivor, be aware that triggering daylight will award XP. Alternatively, a massive amount of Survivor bonus XP can be accumulated during a permanent night, especially on Nightmare.

Tips:

Note that KB+M and controller (even multiple KB) are all active simultaneously, even if the controller is selected as input device. This works best with keyboards, since it allows insta-sliding with "C" key; however, weighting a KB and playing with a controller is not as good, since a slight pause/delay must be made between each slide, and each slide must fully complete. Additionally, if the forward movement is lost, then sprinting has to be re-activated manually anyway. A workaround is to interrupt sliding with a jump on controllers, but for this process keyboards are far superior.

The best sewer pipe (longest, fewest imperfections, no chance of being discovered) is in the NW of Slums. It runs under the farthest NW safehouse, with an entrance to the North and South sides. It is the same pipe where a collectible statue is found.

Normal vs. Nightmare: No difference for Agility gains, but Survivor night bonuses still apply for Nightmare. Normal is preferred for unlimited stamina while sliding.

Bonuses? Only night seems to apply for Agility actions, not co-op partners. Double XP week should apply, since it functions for Agility and Power at shock puddles.

I felt like my thumb would break while trying this on a controller. KB or KBx2 +M is easiest. Even so, I had to adjust patterns for "C" and "W" keys, since my muscle memory would crash if repeating the same pattern too long.

As stated in Warnings section: a massive amount of Survivor bonus XP can be accumulated during a permanent night, especially on Nightmare.

Permanent nights are a great time to practice hunting Volatiles. As stated above, at the Infamy Bridge, only volatiles re-spawn during gltiched nights. This means they have no support troops, which makes it much easier to focus on them and experiment near the huge UV lights.

Tarkan's Weapon: Located in The Following, at pumping station WNW of Jasir's farm, next to a large lake; it is not present until "Gaining Credence: Speak to the bandit leader". This weapon is a huge benefit for low level Cranes, since the base damage is ~976 (roughly a Survivor level 25 white rarity). Most weapons at low level, do only 50 base. Tarkan can be repeatedly farmed via Quit/Load cycling due to a checkpoint at the top of ladder, after entering compound, and prior to speaking with Tarkan. Additionally, there is a farmable "last bandit", which drops a purple machete, rated at ~266 base (roughly a level 15 weapon). Back to Tarkan: Once crafted with a blueprint it will change from 0 to 3 repairs. It has a base damage of ~976, and goes up to ~1478 depending upon a single weapon mod and blueprint, even without Legendary points; Vault Hunter Sword is a good blueprint choice for tier 2 fire and shock. This is a workaround/upgrade for Korek machete not being available on Nightmare. Additionally, the Korek requires 4 of some mod combinations (King, Clicker, Brawler, Barbarian, Gladiator), which may be difficult for a new Crane to achieve, has no elemental damage, and only goes up to 760 damage.

Super Molotovs: Located in The Following, immediately available at the pumping station WNW of Jasir's farm, next to a large lake. While visiting the pumping station, or better yet, before the mission is spawned, retrieve the Super Molotov blueprint. They can be crafted even without the Survivor skill called "Survival Starter Kit". It is located in the compound, underneath Tarkan's catwalk, in a yellow toolbox. If collecting it prior to the mission, there won't be any enemies to fight, and the blueprint is very useful while trying to acquire the buggy.

At this point, it should be obvious that Crane can toggle between the Main Campaign and The Following at any time, after the prologue and prior to finales. This allows players to farm The Following, which is far more efficient than main game in many cases. Of course, there are also powerful items which were not part of the original game. In addition, the player could farm The Following after either finale, while in post game, or even continue in New Game +; however, The Following has no NG+ mode to reset, so just select previous quest points if desired.

Update: Edit for Agility Gains // Leg Breaker: Non-dsclosed 10-20 bonus per Slide:

Crane should barely move; meanwhile, multiple "+40" Agility notifications should be visible simultaneously. Starting at level 6, unlocking Leg Breaker should award "+60" (tested with a level 18 character). There is a non-disclosed bonus of +10 day, +20 night, per slide with Leg Breaker.

Comparing both saves resulted in +40 for the one created after 1.19 patch, while the save created pre-patch still awards +60, even after patch. Upon further testing of "Leg Breaker" both saves replicated the 10-20 point bonus.

Ruling Out:
Neither character had unlocked Legendary.
Neither character had spent points on Survivor or Power skills.
+60: Character had purchased all Agility skills except Ultimate Runner.
+40: Tested with and without both Freerunning skills (Adept, Expert).
+40: Required the bare minimum of Dodge (pre-requisite) and Slide (XP farming method).
Both tested with and without Kuai Dagger versus other equipped items.

Skills? Result: Leg Breaker has a non-disclosed +10 day, +20 night bonus to slide gains.
Leg Breaker: Test at lower levels? Level 18 tested so far.

02SEP19: Add - Skill Unlocks: Slide (level 3) and Leg Breaker (level 6).

Affects on Estimate are Noted:
Less than 1.5 hours to max Crane with Leg Breaker's bonus. Original estimate kept, in case players postpone activation of skill.

Uhm... If I had already posted it as a guide, the errors would have been published. Feedback is good, so is finalization.
The unabridged version might be worthwhile in Guides section, after some feedback, so comments are welcome. Proofreading is hopefully complete.

Guides can be edited and updated easily, just FYI.

Writing, improving and expanding on one can go on for as long as you have new ideas and wish to improve it, they are not locked once you publish them

cool thanx, It is probably about ready as is.
