In the legend of the map there is a label "radioactive zone" which I never saw on the map itself, although I went through the plot and found all the additional maps that open the icons of the places

Now you have me curious too.

I've got a Crane in The Following; I know his geiger counter has activated multiple times, but I don't see any radiation symbols on the map.

I have never heard of an outfit by that name. I doubt that I've found them all though. I looked online and found no mention of it.

ahhh outfit is in one of houses... on second floor near beach near it is small rouad leading to lighthouse...i explored a lot this game

It looks the most similar to Mandala Skull Outfit, except the logo on T-shirt is very different. I wonder if it is regional only, or a mistake? Maybe make a new post in Russian?

On another topic, I've asked HiTmAn, for images, to see how (s)he is receiving bonus XP during nights when trading in DROPs (contrary to established game mechanics); I've been waiting 2 months for images, and instead (s)he just replies that it happens, so I'm not holding out much hope :/

I heard back from HiTmAn today:

i uninstaled game cz i needed to replace one of my memory on pc...u know that small town just before goliath easter egg... there are couple houses in north part of town with couple floors in one of them is outfit

I asked, but haven't heard back yet:

Do you mean the main town, along East coast, and very close to Bilal's gas station? I ask because David and Goliath's island is way down on the SE island.

I also turned my game down to Normal difficulty to use Survivor Sense and searched the whole town again. I still have not found the "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" outfit.

I think he confused with a suits "Yakuza" or "Double E", because these outfits located in the town, nearby to Bilal's gas station.

That could be. I sent him another message asking what region he is in, since the only source is the Russian guide you found.
