Underground Parking Lot bugged?
started with 3 volitals now there is only one, and i searched all the cars and boxes and the last drop is missing

The volitiles can kill themselves on the electric puddle

The map will show you what area the last drop is located in, highlighted until you find it. The locations are random within the highlighted areas

The volatiles can also fall through the ground. It's actually a common thing. If you throw some flares you can force them to freak out in a corner, and they may eventually jump through the wall, and then fall through the map.
