Try updating your drivers.
Some thoughts ~ those red screens can mean so many different things. People have the same symptoms with different setups. 1/2 the time it's a mystery.
- Running too hot, safety shutdown for CPU. Get some solid clean positive airflow and be sure your intakes and hardware is clean and dust free. Use a can of air !
- GPU on its way out ( or old/incorrect drivers ). Red screen seems to be often related AMD GPU driver issues.
- OS malfunction
- PSU insufficient for the load ( or malfunctioning )
- Overtaxing your hardware ( lower your graphics settings )
- etc., etc.
Again...post your specs please.

You see, I build/refurbish/upgrade rigs on the side ~ always been a pleasure of mine. I've been through all my basic troubleshooting notes from the past couple years of the W10/graphics issues phase of the PC and can't nail down a definitive " most likely " cause with your setup. At face value it should ideally work fine. Again, it's much harder to diagnose an issue without hands on, but I'll continue to look into your issue ( cause now I'm curious) as well as direct Dying Light/W10 conflicts.
One last question - have you attempted to run the games EXE in " compatibility mode " ? It might like W7 or 8.
I think something might be wrong with your monitor then. Make sure it's properly connected to the PC.
Are you connected via VGA or HDMI. You can troubleshoot by comparing results of using one or the other. If the problem presents using a direct HDMI connection, but not with the VGA you may simply have a bad port.
Nice, enjoy the game!
