Police Vans Not Respawning Loot???
I haven't been doing much lockpicking police vans, but since that I should get better at lockpicking at hard or very hard level containers/cars, I might as well give it a shot, right? I go to the bridge, successfully loot the vans there and quit the game. I come back, and the loot is not there anymore. Then I tried going to Old Town to loot some of the police vans close to the fast travel point, then I shut down the game completely. I go back to both areas, and the police vans still did not respawn their loot.

Is this normal? Is this a glitch? How do I fix it? I will note that the furthest away I've been from the bridge is from the tower, and same with Old Town, so I haven't done much roaming around.

Was that part of the update? I never heard of that part. How long does it take? I slept a few days and still not there. Just started playing Hard Mode now for gold weapon hunting.

Its a game thingy, it prevents players from farming. Just go somewhere diffirent and do some stuff there. Normally if you come back later the loot has respawned

You'll need to do much roaming around as you've stated you haven't. That's the reason it doesn't respawn loot, to prevent the farming.

If you're looking for weapons, do the Sunny Apartments quarantine zone and loot the GRE chests, you also stand a chance of finding gold weapon on Nightmare difficulty.

You can also go to The Following and check windmills/water towers, one of my friends have been finding a lot of gold weapons there.

So I don't have to do any quarantine zones or quests? Just walk around if I want to without killing any zombies and the loot would come back?

Oh, so I can't just do a repeatable challenge once and then the loot will be back? I have to stay away from the area a long time or? I get what you're saying but still wanna get a more clear answer. And as for The Following, is your friend on hard or nightmare difficulty for finding a lot of gold weapons?

He's on Nightmare mode.

About police vans, you simply go away and keep killing zombies in other areas, do a quest or two then come back. They might also respawn quicker if you die.

But the loot inside police vans isn't that great, I mean it is, but the thing is that efficiency of farming isn't that great compared to the GRE chests, so I'd still recommend farming quarantine zone(s) for GRE chests.

You can do this, loot the vans in bridge, then go and do a quarantine zone, come back and see if vans respawned, if they didn't then go back and and do the zone twice, keep doing this until vans respawn loot and remember how many times you've did zone so you can then farm this way.

I personally never farmed vans so I can't give much detailed answer, sorry about that.

Oh this is a wonderful answer, thank you so much! Which quarantine zone do you reccommend the most? And not sure if you could answer this or not, but do I HAVE to FINISH the quarantine zone or just enter and exit? If you can't answer that then it's fine.

I find two most awesome zones so far that are Stuffed Turtle, best for leveling up legend, has only 2 GRE chests, so it's not best for farming weapons. However, I've found 4 golden weapons inside this zone one of its GRE chests so it's not that bad at all.

For farming the weapons the best would be Sunny Apartments I suppose for most and easy GRE chests.

Also yes, in Stuffed Turtle, you can grab 3 packages without having to do much, however to reach the GRE chests you'll need to lockpick door, either somehow get past zombies with camoflague or kill all of them and lockpick the door which lets you to then lockpick that two GRE chests.

In the Sunny Apartments, you'll need to kill zombies or get past them using camoflague, lockpick/open the doors get inside and lockpick the GRE chests, while taking out some zombies to reuse the blood for camoflague.

I'm playing in Hard Mode so my luck with gold weapons has unfortunately been dull, but I just gotta keep trying. Thanks a lot for the information! Really appreciate it :) Putting this to good use!
