gifting dlc to friend
I know this is not the gifting forum but I hope someone here knows. regonal price differnce crap. if I give my friend a wepeon from dlc will he be able to keep it as he does not have dlc? if not how can I get gift to him

I thought the question was about dropping a dlc weapon for someone who doesn't own that dlc.

Someone gave me a Marksman Rifle when I still did not have Harran Ranger DLC pack, and I WAS NOT able to use it, but was still able to keep it in my inventory/stash. The same might be valid to Bozak Horde content.
