High Ping (latency) affect on online play?
I've asked this question before, but didn't get a clear answer and the games on sale again so... Any ways meaning to play with some one whos half the world away so our games always run 300ping+ which has been known to ruin some games for me. How does ping affect this game?

You'll still get the effects of latency due to the distance, but since you'll be playing from PC to PC, your PC setups and internet speeds ( and all the variables ) will determine how pronounced the effects will be ~ not so much the ping specifically. I've played with several people in as many areas and the game ran very well.

I believe it won't affect the Co-Op that much, but most likely it'll cause issues in invasions.

It will create some hilarious WTF moments in Co op but during invasions high latency can be a real pain.. It often leads to one side calling "cheats" or just rage quitting.. But it's not always that way and can be alot of fun :)
