Should I drop everything?
There's nothing wrong accepting 10-30 or so around medkits in the beginning, but someone joining you and dropping you multiple stacks of it, that is most likely cheated or duped. Keep in mind that while it can be legit, there's high chance that it won't, since if not most, probably half of the Dying Light's community abuse glitches to gain advantages, be it in SP or MP doesn't matter, since MP uses same character from SP. This means that someone can easily cheat in their own SP game, then join you even if you have VAC enabled (Since VAC doesn't scan for save files), they'll be able to freely give you cheated items without any punishment.
While there may be legit people wanting to genuinely help you, there's still a lot of kids running around, trying to ruin your experience, I suggest enjoying the game by yourself and getting the best experience.
I suggest altogether disabling Co-Op completely for your first playthrough.
Ty!!
You CAN keep them, but then you might get tempted. Your choice. I'd be proud of you though.
