Hacking?
I'm really new in the game. Some guy connected and gave me a lot of special weapons with ilimited ammo and ilimited healing.

The weapons can fire without reloading and I don't need to rest when attacking.

Is that cheating? Should I get ride of those things?

If you played through the game already do what you want but if not id get rid of them so the game has some challenge..

I recommend dropping everything and never accepting anything that other players offer you, if you want the best experience from Dying Light, that is, at least until you get idea of how the game works and what is legit or not.

There's nothing wrong accepting 10-30 or so around medkits in the beginning, but someone joining you and dropping you multiple stacks of it, that is most likely cheated or duped. Keep in mind that while it can be legit, there's high chance that it won't, since if not most, probably half of the Dying Light's community abuse glitches to gain advantages, be it in SP or MP doesn't matter, since MP uses same character from SP. This means that someone can easily cheat in their own SP game, then join you even if you have VAC enabled (Since VAC doesn't scan for save files), they'll be able to freely give you cheated items without any punishment.

While there may be legit people wanting to genuinely help you, there's still a lot of kids running around, trying to ruin your experience, I suggest enjoying the game by yourself and getting the best experience.

I suggest altogether disabling Co-Op completely for your first playthrough.

you can just keep it. No penalty for keeping or using cheater weapon. But be ware that it will probably spoil the game, making everything piece of cake.

I'd just throw it away too. Early game balance is pretty delicate, so one single overpowered weapon will ruin early game - which was the mostt memorable part of the game for me.

You CAN keep them, but then you might get tempted. Your choice. I'd be proud of you though.

Should I feel ashamed for using that Korack Machete early on in game? Can't wait for steam to download the missing files from importing gog version so I can finaly play with people online.

The korek Machete's damage deteriorates in damage after each hit. After a few dead zombies it's hardly viable. Good for 5 mins of fun, but not really an exploit, as even the maximum damage is below the average on the medium to high levels.

Ah ok cool thanks Migel the Sloth. I just didn't want to break some unwritten rule when I try out the coop in this game. Yeah when I first got it I was slicing like 4 or more zombie heads off at once and hearing that bullet time sound.I felt like super man for a little bit anyways :) I did notice that even when broken it was still killing zombies in 3 or 4 hits if I aimed for the heads , not now though but early on.
