Any way how to keep Hyper mode?
I already played through game some time ago and with Hyper mod i am having a blast, totally reminds me of Bulletstorm. I love it even if it is bit unrealistic its hell of a fun. So is there any way how to keep it enabled when Devs ends that event?

Mod to re-enable Hyper mod for people that wants to have some fun with it.

As i said before in other threads and i will say it again: Hyper mod was meant to be fun addition to the game and if you like it you dont need to tear down rating of this game only because your would-like-to-be butthurt tryhard feelings were possibly "harmed" by bein able to kick zombie few meters back.

Just look at frontpage at Shop ... some mentally ill people gave this negative review because of Hyper mode.

I haven't written a review but I can totally understand the people leaving a bad one because of Hyper Mode.

It totally destroys the balance of the early game, which is not what most people want when playing a game for the first time.

I had to jump through hoops just to play the game the way it was meant to be.

It was a stupid decision to pair Hyper Mode with a sale, without an easy way to disable it.

While i am not going to pretend that i had bought the game at Day 1 and i played significant time as pirate, but at the same time i am not sad that i bought this game like year ago during sale. Good game for good price. Thanks to the sale i started playing again and Hyper Mode was definitely something that revived game for me and i was happy to have some memories back from Bulletstorm with all zombie kicking around.

:steamfacepalm::steamfacepalm: people are just stupid. How bout just not play if you feel it will ruin the experience? ridiculous people disown a v good game just because of an event that ends soon. some people are so sad

I see you are playing Tomb Raider at the moment.
How would you feel, if the bow you start with would shoot grenades that kill every enemy with one hit? Would mess up the experience pretty bad, right?

actually im playing on the hardest diff, and in certain fights with enemies i die multiple times, therefore grenades wouldnt be too bad tbh imo. but thats the thing, i dont HAVE to use the bow, same with you guys, you dont have to kick a zombie or dropkick one you can find alternate ways to kill zombies. hyper mode for me isnt ruining as ive already finished the game/ following and as for newer players, waiting until the event is over isnt even a bad thing is it

Finding out that you have to wait 4 days until an event ends, after buying a new game, is pretty bad actually, especially with a weekend in the middle.

And not using kick is not a solution because you are already very weak in the beginning of DL. It's the one move that doesn't use stamina and is the only skill you have, outside of hitting the enemy with what ever weak weapon you found in a garbage container.

I get that it is a fun mode for experienced players.
But just admit that it is not a good way to play the game for the first time.

"Well, don't use one of your two ways to attack" & "Just wait over half a week until you can play your game properly" aren't arguments. You guys would rip every other game apart that pulled this sh*t.

not neccessarily. if its a game like GTA Online it wouldnt matter as hackers run rampant anyways and OP cars exist. COD ,well they cant do anything new apart from make it more unrealistic.

but hypermode is a preference, if you hate it you hate it, but theres nothing we can do about it, if you love it hooray you have hypermode. my friend has played like 40 hours of DL and he loves hypermode although he hasnt even finished the game yet. also my "arguments" werent arguments, just part time solution for haters of hypermode, not only that but the mode is v popular even being featured in pvp

basically you are able to launch zombies 100's of meters in the air just from kicking them causing an insta-kill due to height and distance. it doesnt work on bigger zombies but will work on most. you will encounter zombies so you will notice if you kick. you decide whether you like it or not

Oh, i tought that the kicking was some kind of exagerated mechanic of the base game. They never die to fall damage though, i guess is beacause i play on Nightmare. Anyway to turn it off for challenge reasons?

you cant, its part of an event to try and rack up as many kills as possible and in order to achieve it they re-added hypermode so you can turn it off even if you dont track the bounty
