Bans for Cheat Engine?
I was just wondering, out of pure curiosity. When someone uses cheat engine on Dying Light, for money, items, XP, whatever, can you get banned for it / have people been banned for it? Out of purely finding values and not from tables and stuff. Thanks.

You won't get banned just make sure VAC is disabled

Also unless you know what you are doing in cheat engine you'd be better off getting a cheat table.. Saves alot of Alt tabbing..

Not a huge deal considering this is mostly a singleplayer game. Also other players opinions are 100% irrelevant.

It's also mostly Co-Op or mostly MP game for someone else, depending on player of course.

Which is why players have the option to kick a player they think is cheating. I see no problem with a player cheating so long as it's not in a competitive game like ArmA online or ARK online or Rust.

Nobody has, well, until they realize the fact that those who cheat in SP may also play in Co-Op or even in MP using those cheated save files. Generally it's not a huge problem, all I'm saying is there's chance that someone gets bored being alone in SP, obviously cheats are boring, afterwards they might play online.

Well it depends on 1 thing and that is if you have vac secure server enabled yes you'll be vac banned but seriously dyiing light isn't a pvp game really its more of a progressing game tbh using cheats ruins all the fun and makes you go through the game quicker then it could be. :Lacerator:

I appreciate all of the replies. As for people saying "don't cheat". I know it's a bit of scummy thing in some people's eyes. But I owned the game on PS4 since release, and have completed it about 20 odd times. So it's not like it's going to ruin the game for me, or that I am just doing it to make it easy, just so I don't have to do everything again.
