Force Anisotropic filtering or not?
Can't see any setting for it in options. Is it enabled by default/x16 times?

Want best graphics.

If you use a high resolution such as 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 you shouldn't need it but you should be able to force it in your nvidia control panel or the equivalent AMD panel (not sure what the AMD one is called)
