How do you get the red skeleton outfit?

I know it's very late but it was one of my favorite outfits when I played on playstation and Im trying to get it back on pc

The skin was officially released eventually as a docket code from Techlands Gemly store but don't think its still available anymore since the site shut down, there may have been other ways to get it I want to say I earned one from another docket code or in game community event but cannot remember for sure.
