unlike the marksman the harran rifle retains the fire rate of the military rifle when crafted with it.. marksman rifle loses over half the fire rate when crafted with military rifle..

I would use any rifle once in awhile if I had a fire mode option ( single shot ~ auto ). That's the only reason why I haven't bothered with either one. I only rarely use the pistol.

Harran Rifle is free, the registration code can be obtained and redeemed at your account without spending a penny. The Marksman Rifle is a paid DLC that you NEED to buy to be able to use.
