how i get the troublemaker outfit and Master Scavenger Outfit?

Master Scavenger is a Playstation skin. No way without mods to use it on pc.
Troublemaker is a season pass skin. I don't know if you still get it from buying it. But if you do the season pass is on sale here.

If you have the following bundle then the season pass wont give you anything.
Like I said i think it might contain the troublemaker skin.
But the other guy said it's a xbox exclusive.
I'm not 100% sure. So I suggest giving up or downloading a mod.

Edit: My bad, I remembered it totally wrong. It was a pre-order bonus, you can't obtain either outfit anymore by normal means.
