DLC Download in Germany

Can anybody help me with the download of DLC´s ? I got the game with a steam key and activated it via VPN... Now 1 year later i want to check the DLC´s for the game but because its not released here in Germany i cant go to the shopsite of steam to get the DLC´s.. Can anybody help me how to be able to visit the DLC site? I already used Cyber GHost again and tried to simulate another server but steam always says "This game is not available in your country"... I dont now what to do :(

You should receive DLC as patch, you don't need to go to store page. It doesn't even appear in store page.

As of the Harran Military Rifle, you can try using VPN for it.

Patch? I got the game for 2 years now and there was no update until now... so are there no dlcs right now and the upcoming ones are the first one??? i dont think so... I mean if you check dying light in your steam account you can go to the section "Add DLCßs for Dying Light" and then you would be transfered to the DLC site where you can check what kind of dlc you want to download (like blood and wine for the witcher etc.) But then steam blocks it cause its not available here... but it cant be true that i can have the game via VPN but unavailable to get the DLCs for it... I already used VPN CyberGhost 6 but the message on steam was still the same

No that's not what I mean. You don't need to add the DLC via "ADD A GAME..." or something, you should get around 460mb free update, it'll download the DLC as a patch.

As of the Harran Military Weapon, I don't know. From what I see you must receive a free Steam key from third party website and activate it via "ADD A GAME...", but you should be able to get key via VPN.

Ok and what about Dying Light The Following? Was it a patch or is it a "new game" you have to buy to upgrade your current game? I dont know how to explain but i only have the normal standard edition of the game... ther are no dlcs etc for me now so i am a little bit confused if i did something wrong cause the game is stil the same... standard

Ah lol.. got it.... There was no update for me now (not standard update that starts automaticly... I had to click play and then the update appears... nervertheless thanks a lot for helping me :P

Ok then my last question... The following enhanced version... is it also a dlc or do i have to buy it to upgrade?? I only heard of the grafic improvements and so on but i dont have it as a dlc... the only dlcs i have are:

Custom Maps
Custom Maps 2
Be the Zombie

so ther eare no other extras until now

This means that you either own Dying Light from long ago, or bought version of Dying Light that was bought long ago, before Techland bundled it so whoever buys Dying Light receives all the DLC for free. People who own Dying Light from long ago before EE/Following release when Techland bundled it, has to either purchase sesaon pass or The Following, these people won't get The Following for free.

Enhanced Edition is name of free patch, it's not DLC or version of game, everyone has it.
