Best weapon modification for sword/machete.

Greetings everyone,
I have a question concerning the weapon modifications for sword/machete type of weapon.
More exactly Im thinking about 3 mods. Angel Sword, Strobe Knight and All In One. I can mostly hear that Angel Sword is the best but is that the truth? What are your opinions about the other 2 mods. Or maybe Im missing any other good mod? Thanks for the answers.

For general play (killing zombies etc.) - Angel Sword.
For PVP - Strobe Knight.
