Go from Harran to Old town to Following?

Anyone know if it's possible to go from Harran to Old Town, to the new Following map?

Is it possible to travel to all 3?

Would I be stuck in the new map?

You change from Slums to Old Town by either selecting quests/quarantine zones based on their locations and then reload save, or use fast travel posters in Brecken's Tower or Ember's Tower after unlocking it via main missions.

Switching from Harran(Campaign) to Countryside(The Following) is pretty much same as moving from Slums to Old Town, you simply use main menu instead of the methods described above.

You use your own character from Campaign in The Following, so you can't lose anything and you won't get stuck.

To move from Campaign / The Following, go to Main Menu > Play, there you'll see options.
