The only thing you can customize is your outfit. Maybe you can put a mask on with some outfits, but y'all gonna be the same dude.
I'm happy with the way this game turned out. It improved a lot of features from Dead Island, especially the combat ... unlike the God awful stares people give you in conversations. There is always hope.
Anyway, whenever the next Dying Light becomes a thing I wouldn't be opposed to having everyone refer to the main character as "The One" if we gain the ability to customize our looks.
It would mean so much if the developer can pull it off because it's a nice to have feature. Not necessary, but nice to have.
