Extraction: The final story mission play through makes no sense.
Crane has to get to Rias's last HQ situated in the Slums. He enters the building from road level.
He starts from Old Town and makes his way into the sewers. He eventually leaves the sewers
and makes his way into more sewers and eventually leaves them and is now in the Slums then makes his way to Rias.
For goodness sake. Why can he not simply fast travel to the Tower in the Slums then make his way to Rias's HQ? I am tempted to try this but bet the game will not allow it.

I also had the same confusion. It appears that you shouldn't follow the main mission quest marker, but instead either select any quarantine zone located in Slums, or use a fast travel poster in Troy's tower.

Rias HQ is not far from the Tower in the Slums so I will go straight there and avoid those smelly sewers.lol

Indeed, that's what I did. Going to Slums and then following quest marker is better and faster.

I went there before unlocking the quest and there was no option to open that red door into the building. The quest is now unlocked and that door can now be opened.
I read posts of people complaining how difficult it was navigating through the sewers to get to Rais. If only they knew.
