Report a translation problem
After your story percentage reaches 100%, a new option in your Main Menu > Play > Campaign > Save > Advanced will appear, called New Game +. Choosing this will reset your story and side missions(Nothing changes in these), you keep your inventory, skills and collections. Zombies become a bit tougher but not by much.
You're not forced to start NG+, after credits you can reload your save and simply keep playing as you did usually, your story will stay at 100% until you start NG+.
No, they don't. I did NG+ several times, I wouldn't miss such change.
These only become available after finishing story, but won't disappear after NG+.
