Looking for a mod (infinite repairs or infinite durability)
Are there any working ones at this moment?

I don't know of mods. Though perhaps the refurbishing guide I made might help.

Why do you need it?

Usually the weapons degrade slowly and you always find better gear before the stuff you have breaks down? o.O

I usually dont like Weapon Degration in videogames, but in this game its balanced in such a way that only if you REALLY TRY to break your weapon (do mindless zombie smashing with no purpose) you get it broken.

Thats not my experience at all

Weapons, especially the sharp ones break very quickly, and you cannot rely on a single weapon for very long. This sucks when you put expensive upgrades on a weapon, because you know sooner or later it will break.

Because you're not playing right. How many hours do you have in game, 5, 10 or 15?

You need to level up to find better gear that takes longer to break. You can rely on a single weapon, for a very long time if you don't use it meaninglessly. Also did you read my first comment? for weapons that you actually find worthy enough, you can refurbish it. Refurbishing brings weapon to it's maximum repairs and durability. You can refurbish your entire inventory.

Just don't use kings or clicker on weapons that'll break fast, save these for gold tier weapons. Use purple upgrades on Orange weapons.

More like that after the 1st story id just like to use weapons I like just to slaughter stuff.
Infinite arrows and dura would be nice or repair.

Go to sunny apartments and loot GRE chests, you'll end up with so many weapons so soon you'll be selling fully repaired ones.

What are your favorite weapons? You can refurbish your favorite weapons, you know.

Unless it's Korek which can't be refurbished but there are better weapons than Korek.

How do you refurbish a weapon? Is that a skill that comes later?

ok thanks. basically a repeatable side mission. I think I have completed about 13% of the story so a bit more to go. Have found at the moment that each weapon I pick up is a bit more powerful than the last as i rank up. I guess this is more useful for later in the game when you are already using more powerful stuff.

At first I thought this game is very hard (on normal mode), slowly finding my feet and realising that I will probably be overpowered soon.

You're on the right track, keep going. Eventually you'll find weapons that last much longer with more durability and repairs.

Its just that i think the "motivation" to play comes from all the looting. Its pretty much the whole "essence" of what makes this a game, and theyve done it prettily.

Thats why id rather find a mod to keep repairing stuff rather than infinite dura.

anyway found a mod where I can buy whatever I want. So I can replace weapons I want whenever I want
