Advertisements?

I hear there're ads in the game wanting you to spend money, more money on it? Is this true? If so, I'm not going to be bothered with trying to play a game, any game that insists on trying to sell me more ♥♥♥♥ if I already have it or, don't fkng want it. You already got all the money you're going to get out of me. I'm tired of this in game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t advertisement crap begging me for more money. I go to churches for food to help support your game while you go to Tahiti for lobster and Mai-tais.

I own the base game and i never spend any extra money except the game itself. it has been a long while can't recall if any macro transaction in it, but I completed it without spending anything extra just FYI.

I'm not playing a game that bothers me with in game purchases. I don't play games to read marketing advertisements.

The start menu will occsionally mention the DLC packs in it's news feed.
I have never encountered an add of any sort during actual gameplay.

All meaningful gameplay related content is bundled into "Enhanced edition", which is the edition currently for sale. Some of the minor DLC with mostly cosmetic items (costumes, buggy skins, etc) is for sale seperately, but I have certainly never missed not having these while playing.

There are no "micro-transactions."
If you are still undecided watch a 10 minute gameplay video on youtube and see if you see anything that looks intolerably like an add to you.

No, 1,000+ hours and there's no such thing.

You also get most and best DLC when you purchase the game from Steam store so you don't really have to purchase anything else.

Just so you all know there is a giant ad in the main menu for DL2 and I have the Plat. Ed. I bought on sale and they still advertise DLC in that version even though I own literally everything.

Then when you try exiting the game, they throw another ad screen before they let you exit the game! This is pathetic! This needs to be removed!
