Also I agree with that ppbanzai said, you shouldn't rush story missions or you risk facing difficulty.
And when your health gets knocked down to near dead, utilize your survival sense to keep track of him and move away until you regenerate enough to hit him again ( his doesn't regenerate ). Rinse and repeat till he's down. Worked for me.
- 2 : Run towards Tahir then jump above his head, turn quickly while in the air and hit him on the head. After a few hits (shouldn't be more than 3 or 4 depending on your skills), Tahir's health bar should be 3/4th empty. Other Rai's men then appear.
- 3 : Kill them one by one and loot their weapons. You should now have a random blade with about 400 damage.
- 4 : When they're all dead, give Tahir one or two more hits in the head (same technique)
- 5 : you should be good to go. All your inventory will be given back to you (stored in a bag) as soon as Tahir's dead and you're out of the museum.
Both times I had done what was mentioned above. Dodge and time swings. Run around, kill some of the pleebs and take their weapons for something nicer. I never did see any chest with better weapons in it though :(
