Volatile killing me in the safehouse

I am sitting at 1 of the safehouses and the Volatile is attacking me with acidic phlegm.
Is this meant to happen?

They should stop attacking you when you're in safe zone. You're completely in safe zone when you can't hold any weapon in your hands.

But some safe zones have a glitch where you can stand on something but enemies will recognize you as being outside the safe zone, this is when you're actually holding your weapons in your hands and you can use it.

Sometimes they'll also hit you when you're in safe zone, just back off and they'll leave.

I have a Suprise For Blade Master. I have Live Attaching Zombies In my safe areas. From time to time. That I had to kill after they get up. If you fight they and wind up in safe zone, via Kicked punched or blown up Do Not Count them out. Look at my Gallery of photo's. If you seen the movie The thing with Curt Russel. When they burn the alien and thought it was dead. Well that is the same expression I had. About anything that spit's use your sheild or run. Thee hits your dead. Yah they killed me alot that way. They also hunt in packs like rapters. alway's watch your 6. If your fighting 2 the third is behind You. Good hunting!

Oh Shotgun close combat. Crossbow one standard bolt in the head. Let the walk into your sites. They drop like a sack of potatoes. Mind my mispelling inthr previous. (thee) I ment Three (Sheild) I ment Shield.

Anyways, that's weird, never happened to me. The second I enter safe house all zombies stop chasing me. If I stay close to them however they'll sometimes attack but that's if I stay very close to them and try to kill them, but taking a few steps back causes them to run.

Also another thing, I'm not a fan of fighting zombies while camping and glitching from safe houses, whenever I actually wanna fight zombies, I go out.

there is one safe zone in my game that is glitched out where i can wield a weapon and zombies dont think twice about hopping the fence after me lol it happens.. the game is full of bugs and glitches

There are places where you can stand and shoot, but they attack you because of that, simply don't stand there and you'll be fine. I wouldn't say it's full of bugs and glitches, that's too much exaggerated.
