My guess is Ar-Stot-Ska

Ar as in Far
Stot as in Trot
Ska as in Scar

Loyal Arstotzkanites can hear the name clearly pronounced when you press the speaker icon, I don't understand why your'e even asking. Glory to (however it's pronounced)!

In Cyrillic, Arstotzka is spelled "Apcтoцкa", which would be prounounced "Ars-toz-ka".
Considering the FAQ Google Translate entry, this was probably done for appearance's sake.
