If you're so hard up you have to choose between food and games then perhaps you have enough problems already without adding copyright infringement, a civil verdict, court costs, attorney's fees and other related financial woes to your misery. Why are you making your life worse with piracy?

If you're unwilling to legally pay money for a $10 game that doesn't even come with DRM restrictions by default, then your implied financial situation scares me.
