10 bucks for this game.

I may be missing something here, but 10 dollars for a game that I could most likely find on a subpar flash sites seems outrageous.

First, a personal attack only diminishes your argument. You look more the fool for making such uninformed assumptions. My wife, my two teenage daughters and my home are evidence that you clearly don't know me.

If you're so hard up you have to choose between food and games then perhaps you have enough problems already without adding copyright infringement, a civil verdict, court costs, attorney's fees and other related financial woes to your misery. Why are you making your life worse with piracy?

There is also a developer who is now 7~ dollars down on his own food money because the game is being pirated instead of legally bought. If you have to choose between buying a game and food money, of course you choose food money- but at the same time you don't get the game. If you can't afford it, you shouldn't get it.

If you're unwilling to legally pay money for a $10 game that doesn't even come with DRM restrictions by default, then your implied financial situation scares me.
