Republia is likely the United States equivalent, going by the name Bostan. United Fed is likely the United Kingdom.
Kolechia is probably Germany, due to the real-world tentions between the two halves of Berlin (Grestin). Obristan feels like it would be Poland, due to it's proximity to both Arstotzka and Kolechia.
As Ingenieur said, going by the city names Impor is likely an Asian country, likely Japan.
As for Antegria, I'm not quite sure - I acutally find it the most interesting; It is said that "Republia is locked in a cold war style rivalry with Antegria, and is plagued by rebels", meaning Antegria could maybe represent Cuba. I also noted that antegria has a city called 'Glorian', while Republia has one called 'True Glorian', implying some sort of debate over city names.
Just my thoughts; keep in mind however that I don't think each fictional country is meant to mirror an individual real world nation, but rather they all take parts of different countries to give them a general identity.
I don't know anything about a polio epidemic in the UK in the 1980's, considering the vaccine was going well, so it's clear this game is set in an entirely fictional world, and all similarities to the real world are purely coincidental.
EDIT: Also to Screedle,
Some have suggested that the United Fed polio outbreak relates to the measles outbreak in the UK. I have no idea if this is right or not
Also, Obristan probably more likely represents the central Asian nations like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkemenistan, Tajikstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc.
From the steam description: "The communist state of Arstotzka has just ended a 6-year war with neighboring Kolechia and reclaimed its rightful half of the border town, Grestin."
Lines for everything. It's not that much about demand, but about lack of supply.
