No, I am not leaving.
So I'm playing along, this guy comes up (December 2nd) and his passport name doesn't match entry permit, so I Deny him, but he turns around and says "No. I am not leaving."
What do I do to get him away? I literally can't do anything but restart the day. Is there an "Call Guard" button or something I'm missing?

Press "Detain" which appears on the top.

There is no 'Detain' button.

Strange because the Detain button popped up when I was confronted by him. You may have to reload the save for that day or one of the earlier days and continue from there.

Close the gate using the lever on the top right of the window the desk/person is at, this lever has been there since day 1 (in-game) so try that.

Oh, wait... day 2? That guy is easy... open rule book, select everyone must have passport. Select the desk in front of the man...

Yes often times you have to compare 2 discrepencies and if they are missing documents highlight what they must have like a workers permit or id card or ticket of entry and the desk where they need to place the documents.

No, he means the guy on December sometime who refuses to leave if you deny him. You should be able to detain him to get rid of him. (Worked for me and others).

I reloaded the game, and its working fine now. Its these damn Kolechians causing trouble at the border!

PROBLEM 18:The immigrant on Dec 12th refuses to leave the booth and the Detain button disappeared.

SOLUTION: This is a bug that'll be fixed in the next update. Try restarting the day or approving this immigrant as a work around for now.
