search scanner how where?

If there's a discrepency in gender or weight then you should have the search button pop up in the top right of your desk area.

ALso if the rule is, that all persons of a given country have to be searched, check Rule and Passport for discrepancies and you get the Search-Button

Uh, that’s really not obvious, I was also stuck searching how to start a scan… In fact there are many things hard to understand in this game.

Edit: the “many things” tend to make sense after some more playing… The translation (to French) might make some things not obvious (like using “genre” to mean “sex”.)

Its always the same - inspect, and select the appropriate rule or discrepency. Options will appear at the top of the screen then, either "scan", "fingerprint" or "detain". Continue as usual. Expired documents cannot be grounds for detainment - deny them only.

I agree that some more instruction should be given through the game to clarify things a bit better.

I just logged out of the game for exact same reason. Maybe I'm not very bright, but I couldn't for the life of me, figure out how the start the 'scan'. Thanks for clarifying guys.

Ah. This was poorly explained in another thread. They said to find some other discrepancy, but there isn't always another. Thank you!!
