So how do i play this game?

There isn't any tutorial except these few pages that i don't understand at all.Btw is it possible to zoom this game?It's too small.

No there isn't a zoom but the first few days of story mode is essentially the tutorial.

The pages tell you very explicitly what you have to do if you actually read them.

You can't zoom, but maybe you should try changing your resolution ?

Maybe you didn't realize that the piece of paper you get at the beginning of each day has pages. Click on the bottom right hand corner to flip to the next page. It explains what different buttons and areas of the booth do.
