Tokens found so far:

Antegria - for letting in the refugee's wife, even though she doesn't have the required documents

Arstotzka - for handing out all of the business cards to engineers (courtesy FM)

Obristan - apparently for letting Jorji in (idk if you have to simply let him in at some point or only when he has a valid passport - I didn't let him in until then)

United Federation - for confiscating the child murderer's passport, letting him in and handing the passport to the vengeful father (courtesy HAZARD-bot)

I THINK another token (I can't remember which one) is awarded for letting a guy through who needs surgery but can't get it back home and can't get proper papers.

You might be right. Might have been a scenario where it felt like you should have gotten a token but didn't.

But now I distincly remember getting one after giving a depressed guy a poem. Can anyone verify?

am I going mad? I think i'm experiencing the mandela effect, I've come back to playing PP after a while and i'm sure i remember getting a Cobrastan token for letting Jorji in with his obviolsy fake passport, but now it's the Obrastan one, has this changed or am i losing the plot?
