Accidently killed myself with that powder. Much like how you unpack the envelope, there was another arrow (that wasn't so clear) that will give instructions on how to use it.

For those that don't know, when he gets to you, you need to put the powder on his passport (or possibly any other item, but I did it on his passport). The powder should have an arrow next to the 'do not touch' to let you stamp the powder on.

I tried to stamp it on like 20 times and I'm not sure if it worked

Dont use your stamp you just have to move it over his passport and press on it (not the deadly side of course)

Make sure you have clicked all the arrows on the packet, you should see a film with a bunch of dots. His documents are correct so just go ahead and plant to poison whereever on his passport, stamp him through and he will die moments later.

ok, you figued it out. Great! but for the disscusions sake, you unfold the poison packet all the way and then stamp the powder on the passport. MAKE SURE YOU UNFOLD IT ALL THE WAY
